Through the separate entrance, equipped with its security gate, you enter a charming hallway with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent is the modern shower room, with a glazed shower area, soft closing TOTO hanging toilet, sink, wood-framed wall mirror, and custom-made built-in wardrobe.

The sleeping and living area facing main terrace is equipped with a king-size, hotel standard double bed, custom-made bedside tables and bedside lamps, free-hanging mosquito net, dining table with two chairs smart TV, and fitted wardrobes with integrated laptop-size safe. The modern expression of the apartment is underlined by two large hanging mirrors and a large wooden chest.

The terrace has two sun loungers and an all weather dining table with three chairs.
